2. What data we process
This website is an informational site. We do not require you to create an account, and browsing the site does not involve the collection of personal data by us beyond the technical minimum described below.
- Correspondence data. If you contact us — by email or by post — we process the data you provide (name, contact details, the content of your message) in order to respond to you.
- Technical data. Our hosting infrastructure may temporarily record standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and operational purposes.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to your enquiries — legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in communicating with people who contact us, or steps taken at your request prior to entering into a collaboration (art. 6(1)(b)).
- Security and operation of the website — legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)) in maintaining a secure, functioning site.
- Compliance with legal obligations — art. 6(1)(c), where applicable.
We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell personal data.
4. Retention
Correspondence is kept only as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, after which it is deleted, unless a longer retention period is required by law or by an ongoing collaboration. Server logs are retained for short, rolling periods defined by our hosting provider.
5. Recipients
We may share data with service providers that support the operation of this website (hosting and infrastructure providers), acting under our instructions. We do not transfer your data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we ensure appropriate safeguards under Chapter V of the GDPR.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- request rectification of inaccurate data;
- request erasure of your data;
- request restriction of processing;
- data portability, where processing is based on consent or contract;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in section 1. We will respond within one month.
7. Complaints
If you believe your data protection rights have been infringed, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority: Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal (ANSPDCP), B-dul G-ral Gheorghe Magheru 28-30, Sector 1, 010336 Bucharest, Romania — dataprotection.ro.
